| Dawn Leonard Breaking away from one's built in paradigm and reintroducing oneself to adolescent dreams tucked away long ago, leads to experiences well beyond any expectation. As a birthday git my daughter reintroduced me to my passion for clay from years ago as part of my high school and college education in art. Though I was introduced to many different mediums, clay stole my heart and I easily saw myself "playing in clay" as a career. Realistically however, a steady salary with benefits seemed the logical choice. Once I crossed he corporate threshold, I never sat at a potter's wheel again until my daughters gift. Today I take pleasure in combining my love for creating food to be enjoyed in the company of family and friends, with my passion for creating the vessels in which to serve such comforts. My hope is for people to use and enjoy my pieces with the same leleve of pleasure in which each was created. And may your dreams from years ago become part of your current reality!
